NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FRANCE AVENUE SIDEWALK (WEST SIDE)
(FROM WEST 48TH STREET TO SUNNYSIDE ROAD)
IMPROVEMENT S-101

The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008, at 7 p.m. to consider the following proposed improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.

France Avenue Sidewalk (from West 48th Street to Sunnyside Road)

Estimated Total Cost
Improvement S-101 $250,000.00

The cost of the project will be funded by Municipal State Aid funds.
