The City Sanitarian, who serves a
staff liaison to the group, takes detailed notes to prepare meeting minutes. Minutes do not
become official until approved by the Community Health Committee, usually at its next
meeting. Meeting minutes are posted on the City’s website after they are
approved and become official.
