Agendas for Planning Commission meetings are available after 3 p.m. on the Friday preceding each meeting. The agenda includes time for public hearings on subjects such as rezonings, subdivisions, conditional use permits, final development plans, ordinance amendments and comprehensive plan amendments.

The Planning Commission traditionally meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The City Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month.
