Meetings of the Zoning Board of Appeals are recorded and a City staff
member takes detailed notes to prepare meeting minutes. Minutes do not
become official until approved by the Board. Because the Board rotates, it
can be several months before meeting minutes are approved. Meeting minutes
are posted on the City’s website after they are approved and become
official.
