Tasting Notes: Made from agave from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. The nose is slightly sweet with aromas of fresh and cooked agave and light vanilla notes. The palate is smooth and complex. The fresh and cooked agave from the nose carry through, along with flavors of citrus (lime, grapefruit), and more light vanilla. The flavors from the palate are also prevalent on the finish along with notes of pepper.
