Hand-picked by Edina Liquor, this rye barrel has had Keepers Heart whiskey aging in it for just over 2 months. The added spice of the rye barrels brings a combination of additional peppery notes coupled with some further charred oak and really calls out the rye inclusion of Keeper’s Heart. This is a cask finished version of Keeper's Heart. Fantastic on its own or as an exceptional base in a Manhattan.
